M. Night Shyamalan's GLASS will have fans divided once again. The movie that brings back Elijah aka Mr. Glass (Samuel L. Jackson), rain coat vigilante David Dunn (Bruce Willis) and SPLIT's Kevin Wendell Crumb's (James McAvoy) various personalities for a face off everyone's been anticipating but unfortunately the payoff is missing to end the trilogy. GLASS started off promising but when they cage up the three main characters, the fun is over. There is too much explaining away the plot and not enough action.

RALPH BREAKS THE INTERNET is less nostalgic than WRECK-IT RALPH but equally as fun. The follow-up to WRECK-IT RALPH will most likely delight younger audiences more so than the original since the jokes and setting are a place they are familiar with.

At first glance, JURASSIC WORLD: FALLEN KINGDOM seemed like it took a script page from JURASSIC WORLD: LOST WORLD, but that's not the case and the sequel to JURASSIC WORLD is one of the more enjoyable JURASSIC PARK sequels that's as scary as the original 1990 film.

CHIPS is one movie Donald Trump would enjoy watching. Dax Shepard’s CHIPS is vulgar and sexist. While it has some funny moments, it was a painful movie to watch with so many flaws to count. I haven’t had such a bad time watching a movie since SUICIDE SQUAD.
Don’t expect your parent’s CHiPs when going into the movie theater to watch this hot mess of a movie. This reboot shares nothing in common with the 70s television show except for the motorcycle action that’s mediocre at best. Dax Shepard writes, direct and stars in CHIPS, and his effort fails to reinvent a classic show into a decent movie adaptation. Like the STARSKY AND HUTCH or the DUKES OF HAZZARD movie treatment, CHIPS falls into the same trap of making it a silly comedy with no merit.

Imagine never seeing or hearing from your hero throughout the movie, but you’re seeing everything through his eyes - that’s HARDCORE HENRY, a unique movie-going experience that will leave you feeling like you just got off a rollercoaster. Sharlto Copley is the real star and quite the scene stealer in HARDCORE HENRY.

There are a lot of jaw-dropping scenes and reveals in BATMAN V SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE, but this review won’t spoil it for you. What you basically want to know is - was it good? The Zack Snyder film has its awesome moments, but it wasn’t great. I’m not really sure what kept it from being great, but the feeling or giddiness wasn’t there. Coming into the movie after binge-watching "Daredevil" Season 2 on Netflix may have been a disadvantage since that show is the epitome of what a superhero story should be.

John McClane would be proud. Mary Elizabeth Winstead, best known for playing Bruce Willis' daughter in the Die Hard movies, is one kick ass character in 10 CLOVERFIELD LANE. She doesn't throw punches or kicks, but her Michelle character uses her smarts and resourcefulness throughout the thriller. Part of the enjoyment of this film is going through her journey of whether she should trust her captor played by John Goodman who claims he saved her from the end of the world. Although it bares the name Cloverfield, don't expect it to tie into the 2008 film.
