As we already know, Tom Cruise refuses to let stuntmen step in for him during dangerous movie stunts. His next starring role in THE MUMMY is no different and director Alex Kurtzman can attest to Cruise’s daredevil side. Along with a new THE MUMMY trailer, a behind the scenes featurette accompanied the preview showing the actors and crew floating around in zero gravity. THE MUMMY director reveals that was all practical effects, and that scene was actually shot in zero gravity on a plane used to train NASA astronauts. The director described how far Cruise is willing to go for his craft including going mano-a-mano with his MUMMY co-star Russell Crowe.

Alicia Keys has partnered with Disney for Mira Nair’s upcoming film QUEEN OF KATWE starring Lupita Nyong’o and David Oyelowo. Keyes performs the song “Back to Life” for the film based on the true story of a young girl from Uganda who defies the odds to become a chess champ. Keyes talks about her inspiration for the film in this featurette.

Season 5 of "Scandal" is now on Blu-ray and DVD, and part of the bonus features includes funny bloopers that includes a lot of cursing from the cast as they flub their lines, and some funny moments. Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey's® new show, Out Of This World™ made its Southern California debut July 14th at the Staples Center, and the oldest circus is reinventing themselves with the new show with less animals and more human stunts which promises an intergalactic adventure for space-age family fun as the ultimate circus experience launches into the future. CineMovie’s Fernando (with 3 R’s) Duran got a personal demonstration of some of the acts of Out Of This World™ including the Globe of Steel with a Latino family of motorcycle daredevils riding fast inside an enclosed space. Fernando’s also got a look at the awe-inspiring trapeze artists at work, and he got to clown around with one of the performers. Watch the fun video below.

Jon Favreau’s THE JUNGLE BOOK, one of the best films of 2016 and 3D movie of all time, is coming to home release Digital HD August 23 and on Blu-ray™ August 30. That’s the good news. The bad news is that we’ll have to wait for the 3D version which won’t be released until later this year. Check out the bonus features arriving with the home release which includes audio commentary with Favreau walking audiences through the making of the film.
