Academy Award-winning filmmaker Bong Joon Ho (PARASITE) penned a letter expressing his admiration for the animated film, FLEE which is an award contender this year. In the letter, he expressed how much the film directed by filmmaker and radio documentarian Jonas Poher Rasmussen moved him. Read it below.

Based on Rasumussen's personal story, FLEE tells the story of his journey as a child refugee from Afghanistan retold in animation form.

FLEE will expand into more cities starting January 28th.
