Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man Season 2

Kicking off the presentation, Winderbaum gave fans their first look at Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man Season 2, set to swing onto Disney+ in Fall 2026. The new footage teased a darker chapter for Peter Parker — including a sentient black goo that Marvel fans instantly recognized as a nod to the Venom symbiote. Winderbaum promised the new season will dive deeper into Spider-Man’s mythology and emotional core.

X-Men ‘97 Season 2

Next, Winderbaum welcomed back a few Marvel legends: Eric and Julia Lewald, the original writers of X-Men: The Animated Series, and director Larry Houston. The creative trio are joining X-Men ’97 Season 2 as Executive Producers, continuing the legacy of the beloved ’90s show. Fans were treated to an exclusive look at footage from the upcoming season, premiering on Disney+ in Summer 2026.

Daredevil: Born Again Season 2

A Marvel event in New York wouldn’t be complete without the city’s own vigilante hero. Daredevil: Born Again star Charlie Cox took the stage to preview Season 2, which finds Matt Murdock grappling with new moral challenges and alliances. In a crowd-pleasing moment, Krysten Ritter joined him on stage to confirm her long-awaited return as Jessica Jones. The two stars revealed a first look at Season 2—arriving March 2026—and dropped a bombshell: Daredevil: Born Again Season 3 is already in development.

Wonder Man
In one of the most entertaining segments of the showcase, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II and Sir Ben Kingsley introduced Wonder Man, a meta-series exploring Hollywood’s obsession with superhero culture. Directed by Shang-Chi filmmaker Destin Daniel Cretton, the show follows Simon Williams, an actor-turned-hero navigating fame and heroism. The pair debuted the first trailer, confirming the eight-episode series will premiere on January 27, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. PT.

VisionQuest
To cap off the event, Winderbaum returned with one last reveal — VisionQuest, the final installment in the trilogy that began with WandaVision and continued with Agatha All Along. MCU veteran Paul Bettany appeared to tease Vision’s next chapter, revealing he’ll reunite with James Spader’s Ultron. Fans were treated to exclusive footage from the highly anticipated series, set to arrive on Disney+ in 2026.
