Hip Hop Artist Snow Tha Product Debuts New Song For USA’s 'Queen of the South'

QUEEN OF THE SOUTH season 2 premieres on USA Thursday, June 8, and the show celebrated with a premiere in Beverly Hills Latino style with the show’s stars and a performance by hip hop artist Snow Tha Product with a song for the second season. Watch below.

Alice Braga,  Joaquim de Almeida, Jon Ecker, Veronica Falcon, Peter Gadiot, Hemky Madera, Nick Sagar, Snow tha Product, Yancey Arias, Michel Duval, Sandy Valles, McLyte Giorgio Moroder, as well as guests Rafael Amaya, Carlos Ponce, Angelica Vale, Angelica Maria and Stephen Bauer walked the carpet before the screening of the first episode.

Starring Alice Braga as Teresa and Veronica Falcon as Camila Vargas, the season will feature a Rafael Amaya (El Senor del los Cielos) returning to the screen again to reprise his crossover role, in addition to the return of El Guero, played by Jon Ecker.

Season 2 follows Teresa's rise to Queen pin and shows the sacrifices she must make not only to survive, but to make it to the top. The show also inked a deal with highly-coveted Latina executive producer Natalie Chaidez to executive produce the series along with David T. Friendly.
 
Snow Tha Product composed “Run That” not just a song, a female anthem, pegged to her first ever television appearance on the drama QUEEN OF THE SOUTH, which premieres this Thursday June 8 at 10/9c on USA.

SNOW THA PRODUCT will guest star in QUEEN OF THE SOUTH as Lil’ Traviesa (aka “Lil T”), a fearless, quick and lethal woman who runs a prison drug trafficking operation through her gang members on the inside.
She debut the song live at the premiere party Tuesday night.
